Due to the tropical weather in Thailand, there are many different seasons on Ko Lanta, which is reflected in their different price structures.

Check In - Check Out

The official check-out time is 11am and check-in starts from 2pm.
You can safely store your baggage for free at the reception if you depart later in the day.

Late check out until 2pm is possible upon availability for 50% of the current night rate.
If you like to check out later than 2pm, based upon availability, we have to charge 100% of the current night rate.

Terms & Conditions

Full refund, if cancelled or modified more than 15 days prior to arrival.
No refund, if cancelled or modified less than 15 days before arrival.

Any child up to 2 years old costs 100 THB/night when using a crib (upon availability).
Any child up to 4 years old costs 100 THB/night when using the existing bedding.
Any child older than 4 years is considered an adult who needs a bed of their own.

No extra beds are available.

Breakfast is not included in any of our room rates.
